Travid Kuls shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Your account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing account credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be shared or used by multiple individuals.

You may access and use the platform solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial educational purposes, unless you have entered into a separate written agreement with Travid Kuls permitting commercial use.

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any platform content without prior written authorization
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its underlying systems
• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract content or data
• Uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Engaging in conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the platform or other users' experience
• Impersonating any person, entity, or Travid Kuls representative
• Using the platform to harass, threaten, or harm any individual
• Circumventing or disabling any digital rights management or access control mechanisms
• Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting any platform content or features

All content available on the Travid Kuls platform, including but not limited to lectures, videos, audio recordings, written materials, graphics, software, and course structures, is the exclusive property of Travid Kuls or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Subject to your compliance with these terms, Travid Kuls grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view platform content solely for your personal educational use. This license does not include the right to download, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content unless explicitly permitted in writing.

If you submit any content to the platform, including comments, feedback, or discussion contributions, you grant Travid Kuls a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the operation and improvement of the platform. You represent that you hold all necessary rights to grant this license.

Access to certain courses or features may require payment. All fees are stated at the time of purchase and are subject to applicable taxes. Travid Kuls reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, with changes applying to future purchases only.

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to the specific terms presented at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, digital content that has been accessed or downloaded may not be eligible for refund. To request a refund, contact us at contact@travidkuls.com.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review it carefully.

Travid Kuls does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

The platform and all content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Travid Kuls does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Travid Kuls and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Travid Kuls's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to Travid Kuls in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Travid Kuls and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Travid Kuls reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at contact@travidkuls.com. Termination does not entitle you to any refund unless otherwise provided under Section 6.

Travid Kuls reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

These Terms of Use represent the entire agreement between you and Travid Kuls regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Failure by Travid Kuls to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
