Positions open across Canada
Remote roles in marketplace customer service, logistics coordination, and e-learning development. We work with people who find satisfaction in clear answers and well-handled problems - not just fast replies.
Three positions, all fully remote
Customer Support Specialist
Day-to-day support for marketplace buyers and sellers - handling questions about orders, resolving disputes, and guiding customers through carrier tracking. You'll work across USPS tracking, postal service tracking, UPS tracking, and Canada Post tracking queries regularly.
Logistics & Tracking Coordinator
Coordinate shipment tracking workflows and escalations involving us mail tracking, track and trace USPS, FedEx tracking, DHL tracking, Royal Mail tracking, and Canada Post office tracking. This role sits between the support team and carrier systems.
E-Learning Content Developer
Build structured online lectures covering marketplace customer service topics - from handling USPS tracking number lookups to explaining United Parcel Service tracking and Federal Express tracking to learners across different regions. Writing clarity matters more than technical background here.
Distributed from the start
Travid Kuls has operated as a remote-first team since 2019. That means the tools, rhythms, and expectations here were built around distributed work - not retrofitted onto an office model. Most people on the team are somewhere in Atlantic Canada, though we hire nationally.
Customer service in a marketplace context is specific work. It requires familiarity with carrier systems - knowing the difference between a USPS tracking number delay and a canada post tracking gap, understanding when to escalate a fedex tracking issue versus when it resolves on its own. We train for this, but prior exposure helps.
